I had booked the wagon r vxi car through your shivaji marg showroom 26/11 was the scheduled day for delivery so i reached in you showroom around at 4pm. the official mr jaspal and Mr. jagdeep thakur welcome us after the long time they alloted a car to us and issued the related document like service book car number (DL2CAN-0651) etc. after some time our car was ready for delivery but the sudden a person came and says this car has already sold out to "Sahara India" and you cant take home this. in this incident i was totally shocked. i was unable to understand that what they are saying more than 100 question was arising in my mind. how they can do that. why they dont checked the car status before delivery? i asked to talk the superior number so they arrange a call for me Mrs... she told me "sir you can take home this car and tomorrow we will change the same. what kind of stupid talking she was doing i can describe here. now i want to draw in your notice this activity is totally unfair and unethical. i request to you to take the necessary action against the guilty person. After all Maruti is the brand name in market and have the excellent hold in automobiles sector. if this type of activity is repeat in future that can harm the image of Maruti and competent automobiles both.
