Bad and Worst Serviving

Dear Beeral Nagesh (Territory Service Manager_Hyderabad).

The complaint which i had registered 24th October aganist the service center (Maruti Data Services). I agree with you that this service center does not belong to maruti. Then how is that this service center is using your company LOGO and name. Seeing this i had given my car for servicing. I request you to kinldy take an immediate action on this before many more customers get cheated and harssed. Your organization is in loss because of the behaviour represented by the OWNER and STAFF.

I have attached the snaps of the serviving prior mail. If the same is not received please call and let me know i shall remail the same.

If you are not able to take any action and has a plan of mailing me a similar letter like the earlier one. Please share your BOSS or Head Operations of service center for me to get a resolution.
