Non delivery of vehicle

Dear Concern,

My self Anurag Chaubey. I am loyal customer of Maruti, personally I am using Maruti (Alto and Swift Dzire VDI) vehicle since last 10 years. Since I was satisfied with Maruti services that is why I decided to get one Alto LXI red colour for my father and I suggested my father to book Alto car from RKBK- Maruti dealer in Faizabad (Uttarpradesh). We have booked Alto and paid full amount to RKBK- Maruti dealer (Details are given bellow). RKBK promised me to deliver car by 22nd of October. Today is 30th October and I wanted to buy this vehicle for my father before 30th October since 30th October we have family function and we wanted to gift this car to my father before 30th October. RKBK agency sales executives Mr. Atul Yadava and Mr. Pandey are dealing with us. Since last 8 days these guys are misguiding us and not ready to give me right information about when the vehicle will be delivered. When ever we are calling to RKBK agency they are telling that vehicle has been dispatched any time vehicle can reach.
