Harrasment in giving delivery

Dear Sir

Your due attention is invited to our booking ref. no. SOB O900025 Dated, October with booking amount of Rs. 50000.00 against one Maruti Desire ZDI booked from Harison Motors, Near Gohana Road, Main G.T. Road Panipat in the name of “Ashish Kalra”

In spite of the fact of five months of booking, the delivery of the same has not been made till the time even after several assurances made by the said dealer.

We are simply being harassed by the dealer either they say to pay the black amount charges or they have nothing except to give us the next date for delivery, which will not be acceptable anymore.

We have also made telephonic complaint wide complaint ref. no. 897982 but nothing has been heard from them.

In view of the foregoing submission of the facts, the impugned harassment imposed upon us may vary kindly be quashed lock, stock and barrel in the interest of justice & fair play and kindly deliver the car with immediate effect or if the company is not so efficient to deliver the car, the booking amount may please be refunded with 24 % panel interest, in next three working days after the receipt of the letter.
