Sir / Madam

I booked Maruti Dzire Artic White LDi at your authorised dealer Hercules Automobiles Alappuzha on 30.07.2009. I have not received the vehicle yet. The vehicle allotted to me issued to another person without my knowledge and consent. For the last 6 months I have heard so many excuses and substitute offers from the dealer. I suffered lot of negative attitudes. This is also to expose the names of irresponsible persons there, one Mr. Ramakrishnan and Mr. Prasad and I have never got any proper resposnse regarding my grievances. After all these disappointed incidents I cancelled my booking order.

This is a new experience for me. This should not be the business ethics of a reputed company like Maruti.

The Vehicle booked was for the use of my brothers wedding on 26-01.

I request the board of directors to make direct enquiry regarding my petition and do the needful as early as possible.
