Charged More than actual

I met with an accident laalst year and i have send my car to the Authorised Maruti Suzuki Dealer named Sandhu Motors in Ludhiana. While billing the parts repaired/ changed they had charged more money than the insurance policy rules.

when I have said them, they replied that they are correct. I have cross checked the charges from the same insurance company on my behalf. i have already complaint MARUTI SUZUKI itself but they have not replied properly.the charges they have taken extra from me is 7500INR.
