Wiring problem

Hello,

I was driving in Dezire (new and done only 9000 kms so far) at a speed of 100 Kms with my family on the highway between Jaipur and Ajmer and sudenly the engine went off. I looked at the indicating meters and saw the temperature needle touching "C" whereas all other meters working OK. After calling many over phone I came across of one Neeta Automobiles In DUDU and they came with a mechanic in half an hour's time. But they were of no help since they could not diognos the problem and suggested us to send the vehicle to Jaipur. Through my freind in Jaipur I arranged teh vehicle towed to Vipul Automobile's workshop. They too took two days to diagnos the problem and fixed it the third day. In the whole episode I had to shed nearly Rs. 7000 as Taxi charges, Rs 3000/= for towing and labour charges and nearly Rs.2000 for the Driver who shall bring my vehicle back to Delhi. Is there a way I can get this money from Maruti? Nothing fgor the harrasment in the middle of the Highway with my family in sorching heat of mid day sun.
