DEFECTIVE CLUTCH ASSEMBLY

Dear Sir,

I have purchased Maruti Swift Dezire Car 1.5 years back from Apra Auto, Gurgaon. I drive my car personally and run the car on highway only. I am a resident of Jaipur and use my car to go there and return on regular basis. I am facing CLUTCH SLIPPAGE problem since last six months. I have informed about this problem while servicing at 20k Kms running but service centre people did not give any satisfactory reply. Yesterday again when I give my car for servicing after completion of 30k kms and request Apra people to check this problem with some senior mechanic then only they take test drive and informed me that there is problem in Clutch mechanism. I understand that clutch is not covered under warranty but I believe that Maruti did not manufacture such quality of parts that they got damaged only after 30k kms running. I would like to request you to check the history of my Car and on that basis you just consider my request as a special case. You are also requested to check the metallurgy of Clutch and arrange to replace it on priority basis. It is a faulty part from your side only. Kindly take necessary action and revert.
