Poor Car service

I regret to say that services of APRA AUTO are getting worse day by day. I had taken paid service of my Car registration number HR26AX6999 on dated 15/02. Cash Memo number: BC10034361.

1. I have requested to check the abnormal sound coming out from dash board. Since it was a repeated complaint from my side so I request them for test drive with a experienced mechanic in my presence. A senior mechanic went along with me for test drive and he identify the problem and informed to SA after returning. But finally after 3 days of service the sound is coming out same.

2. I also complained for noise and low air coming out of A/C. but it was not checked and rectified.

3. The washing of Car was worst. I complained for the same but got a lot of excuses from SA.

4. I have given free washing and wheel alignment coupon for discount but the billing boy did not return it after considering discount of wheel alignment. I have lost a washing coupon due to negligence of your staff.

5. Caliper pin greasing charges marked in bill copy @Rs. 450. SA check it and correct for Rs.250. How can we believe that other charges are fair enough.

6. No doubt the attitude of SA was good but the quality of job done by Apra w/shop people was not satisfactory.

7. The feed-back form was not given while delivery of vehicle.

You are requested to take necessary action to avoid such stupid mistakes for better services to your customers.
