Poor service and theft of parts

Ecently i had got my car, maruti swift VXI, having registration no, DL5CF-7412, serviced from one of Marutis registered dealer Fair Deal Cars pvt lts, having workshop at Shahibabad on 20 december. Job card no for that was JC 11014848 and Bill no is BC-11012694. Sir over all experience of that service was so horrible that i have launced a compaint with maruti helpline and complaint no was 355898522 dated 22 december. But till date nothing have happened regarding it except a call from one lady from fair deal who wanted to know how was my service experience and when i told her about the misconduct i have faced from fairdeal staff nothing has happened and nor did i got any call. Today when i have called maruti customer care to know what action they have taken for my compalint they have given me another compalint no, that is 1160534559.

i would like to know if i have to keep records of these compalints and nothing will happen or will any action be taken.

As far as my expereince for service and what i have faced, the summary for that is i have given my car to one of your driver who come for pick up of car on 21 december, on the very same day one of your service advisor called me, whose name i forgot, and told me that amount for my service will be around 12, 500 plus taxes, whn i asked him the details he told me that my car which is under warranty has problem with shokers and bush for shocker have to be changed, engine oil will cost 3, 500 and many other things. I requested him that its under waranty and if anything in shocker has to be changed please get it changed under waranty and i also dont want to get such costly engine oil. On hearing This he got upset and told me that you dont want to get proper service. but i called showroom manger and got the things settled. In the evening same day i got another call from workshop about missing coolant bottle. According to them my car does not had coolant bottle, whn i aksed how it is possible he started shouting and told me that it is very common thing that customer like me wanted to get the things for free. Next day morning thier deliver boy got my car in my office. It had met some accident during service and running board on left hand side was damaged, so i did not accept the car. I told them to get it repaired. I got a call in evening that they have got my car repaired and i can take the car from their workshop. When i saw the car it was in same condition. I Spoken to workshop manger, mr vipin. But i was shocked the way he behaved. He said i m blaminbg them for coolant bottle theft and if he wish he can even change my car's gear box. Hearing this i told them to hand my car to me as i did not have courage to leave my car with such people who can threat such things.

so please do the needful. I believe this is not marutis culture.
