Delay in insurance claim settlement

Hello, I'm Dr Achintya, owner of maruti-Alto, Reg. No. TR-01-F-0644, that had an accident on 29/1.All prerequisite were fulfilled by the end of February & survey was complete and report submitted at the end of 2nd wk of March, '10.But till today, no compensation or co-mmunication been received from the insurance company, the "maruti insurance", with whom the

car has been insured. Locally the case was

handled by Mr Haripada Bhowmik & Mr Uttam Banik the Manager & insurance agent respectively of the local dealer M/S Jain Udyog, Agartala, with whom the car was placed immediately after the accident. Pl. Help.
