Cancellation of CAR insurance as car not purchased but insurance done

I booked maruti wagonr from navneet motors (Authorized Maruti Suzuki Dealer) in month of december but within a week, I cancelled the booking due to some reasons but as mistake the dealer has done the car insurance from national insurance limited using there internal online system.

After a week as per my booked date I cancelled the car and ask for my insurance money, which I already paid as booking amount ie Rs.12462 to navneet motors, udaipur.

Navneet motors account person told me that there is a process of returning cancelled insurance money because they do insurance using internal online system, once the status is updated as cancelled the cheque is returned by insurance company direct in name of party ie the insured and this process will take around 2-3 months.

now already three months passed aways and nothing happened navneet motors account person and general manager is saying that they will cut around Rs.7262 and return only Rs.5200 and that too the cheque is prepared by Navneet motors, udaipur itself.

I again2 asked at Navneet Motors they are cheating me and want to eat of my hardearn money.

Please help me against this fraud, so that I can get my money back.
