Harassing for extra money as a tip

Mithra agency in medhipatnam, Hyderabad, AP. is bluffing about the services provided by them. I booked a vehicle in december the driver who delievered this vehicle demanded Rs.600 for a free home delievery. The team leader Kumara swamy demanded Rs.800. Because I did not give him 800, the registration procedure of my vehicle is delayed for 6 months inspite of paying the registration amount to mithra agencies. But i was told and given a document confirming the registration. I even paid Rs.2000 fine to the traffic police because the vehicle was not registered as I was given the fake documents. Finally after 6 months I had to go and do everything on my own paying all the late fees for registration. Please do not book any of your vehicles from them. Even the higher officials in mithra are hopeless. The AGM Mr. Krishna could not resolve any problems.
