Dear sir,

I have send my maruti Omni Van Reg. No- U.P. 32, X-7565 Cha. No-1825641 for repairing to your authorised delars Kapoor Motors, 555/GA/50 Bara Birwa Kanpur road Allambagh Lucknow. Ph- 0522-2472198. from last 15th month they are charging for change of spare and labour chages Extra as per there wishes, I had a dout that there not giving the original spare parts the maruti, which you can veryfied form the various custemer at there workshop, It is a very serious complain please look in to the mater and act accordingly to save the name of prestigious company
