Car Vibration

I have Ritz VXI with ABS, which I purchased on 20th May.

Yesterday, for first time i took the car on on the highway and while driving at a speed of 75-80 Kmph @ 2000 rpm, I felt continuous vibrations which was shaking the whole car body. Every time the vibration started as soon the car touched 2000 rpm in 5 th gear with speed being around 75-80 kmph with AC on and the vibration stopped if it crossed 90 km/hr speed. It was scary to drive with my wife and kid with me in the car.

Today I took the car to the Maruti service center, the engineer told it could be wheel alignment problem and got the alignment fixed. But the test drive after doing the wheel alignment, I felt the same vibrations at a speed of 75-80 Kmph @ 2000 rpm.

The car also has one more problem from day one, the AC makes some kind of strange noise when its started first time in the day or after long gap.
