Maruti Ritz Brakes Problem
Poor after sale service of Maruti Auto

Hi All,

I have purchased a Maruti Ritz in March. At around 3000 Kms I started feeling the week brakes problem and Brake Noise problem. I my second service came at around 5000 Kms I did a complaint at service center Named "" Qutab Auto Mobile" Authorized Maruti Service Station. After the service also i faced the same problem. Now i again complained the same problem to the Qutab Auto mobile again and then they said that my car's brake shoe needs the replacement and since we cannot do the replacement, i need to go to any dealers workshop. Today I went to Apra Auto a well known name in Gurgaon. Surprisingly i entered the gate of apra Auto at 12 noon and it took 1 hour 30 minutes to open my job card only... Ohhhh What a mess there (Unexplainable). They committed to drop me to my place so i said my friend to go back to the office. When i asked them to drop me then they have no answer to that and said me to arrange my own convince to go back to my office... OOOOhhhhhh God I got fedup of the service which Maruti Suzuki is providing to the consumers.. People are fighting at the service center like they have got the wrong result of there examination... It was like a ration Que ... """"Maruti""" you need a big change in the consumer service part. It is not much important to sell the car, what is important is the after sale service...
