Knocking noise from engine in 20 days old ritz

I bought my car form bharath motors Mangalore on 29/05, i kept my vehicle for first service on 18/06, after running 1100 km. car was working fine till 28/06.on 29/06. at km 1980 car started knocking noise sound from engine. i took the vehicle to bharath motors Mangalore on same day for check up after checking for 2 days finally they informed me that vehicle have oil pumping pressure problem, bharath motors service manager told me 1 week time to replace the parts since parts should come from Delhi .sad part is even after continus follwup maruti is not ready to give any feedback nor even took any intative to solve the problem
