Dear Concerned

I have purchased Maruri Ritz, Reg No TN07BH4771 from INDUS motors Ltd Chennai. I'm regret to say that the unsolvable complaint from Maruti service team. Whenever rain is coming there will be huge water inside the car under Mat. I had gone to service station 4 times with the same problem. but nothing is happened and my problem is still persist. Each and every time they are keep on telling some reasons only. This is the 5th time i left the car in service station and asked them to solve the issues or replace the car. Hope i haven't purchased a second hand car from Maruti Udyog ltd.

Pls do the needful immediately
