Maruti Ritz
Poor Mileage

Dear Sir,

I have a Maruti Ritz which i purchased recently in the month May (Car No: WB-06-D-4707). I bought this car by replacing my existing swift since the company boosted a lot about the new K series Engine and the better mileage. But to my surprise what Maruti claims the mileage is not even half of it. I am really feeling being cheated by taking the car.

How could a company of maruti status which is known for the mileage and stability could freely claim wrong mileage and cheat the consumers on false feedback.

I would be very happy if you can help me in this issue
