Ac is not working properly

Sir i was purchase my car in 2010 but ac of my car is not working properly on that time when i was purchase my car and i amalso going to the service center aproximately 6 to 7 times but my problem is not solved at this time my problem is continous but service center is not setisfied me i think it is a manufacturing defect but service center dont want solve it so plz sir u will take action against that
