CAR NOT DELIVERED

I had booked for a MARUTI RITZ (SILKY SILVER Colour) with Indus Motors. Booking no 12659 dt 11/1 in the name of K Sriprasad. Though the status of booking as per company record is " DELIVERED", I have not received the car. Now the dealer is insisting that I take a car of different colour, which I am not willing to. Do ask the concerned person to resolve this issue.
