Jerk while driving

I bought a MARUTI RITZ LDI on 24-10-09 and after my first service, I took my car on highways in which I felt jerk while running and I informed the complaint to my dealer and they took the car to the service station and until four days they didn't give any feedback to me then I launched a complaint to the head office of the dealer thro' mail and the very next day the costumer care manager called me over phone and told he will look after it. Two days later he told that the problem was with tyres and promised to change all the 5 tyres and after a week he told that the JK Tyre company who supplied tyres refused to change the tyres stating that their product is good and the fault is only with the car manufacture. The manager told that they have send the report from the tyre company and the report from their service station to the Maruti company and now the dealer is stating that the maruti is refused to take any action regarding this issue. Mean time a friend who is a dealer of Hyundai wants to exchange my car for a i10 ca
