Product not delivered in given time she dul

I booked A car on MY Car on 12th Feb & deposit token money Rs. 50000/- & they committed delivery date 16-2 because car is in transit

on 16th when we rich there showroom for delivery they told us your car is in still transit

on 18th Feb they informed me by a latter that 10 to 15 day take more for delivery.

today on 1st march when i call them for delivery date because 15 days over on 3rd march they told me your car is not in transit & they don't know how much time it will come.

So i want to complaint about Maruti Authorized car Dealer MY CAR (INDORE) that they are not given my car in given time she dual.
