Suspension and braking problem

Hi, i have bought a Maruti Ritz vxi from Fairdeal Cars Pvt Ltd., East Delhi on 1st January. The experience of taking car from fairdeal was not at all good. Their practice cant be described in words. Details about it can be discussed if somebody from the company gets in touch.

Now i dont recommend anybody to buy car from fairdeal (they are just opposite of their name: it should have been UNFAIRDEAL cars). Though i am a loyal maruti customer but felt bad this time.

The product problem which i have felt are :

1. Suspension is not smooth inspite of checkings and recheckings of tyre pressure. when it goes in pathholes, it sounds like a 10 years old faulty suspension and the sound of other body parts can also be heared easily. I showed it to Service station supervisor at the first service but was told - its ok..

2. The idle position of techometer shows 600 RPMs, that was also told - its ok. Due to this problem i can feel good vibration of engine while standing with engine start.

3. Braking is not that effective as other cars of its category. When i apply brakes in emergency, it feels like going forward even after full brake pedal pressing. Again i was told - its ok.

I request the concerned for an early resolution.
