GEAR BOX NOISE FROM THE DAY ONE

I am Rajarajen from chennai. I bought a Maruti Ritz ZXI from popular motors chennai in the month of June. From the day one there is howling sound from gearbox. In the first service I made a complaint with MSM chennai. They told they mede some adjustment and I took delivery of the car after the service. After that also I faced the same problem. Again I took the car to MSM chennai and got reply that there is a problem in the gearbox and the same has to removed and serviced. the car has done only 2000 kms. I asked for a gear box replacement, As the car is brand new. But Maruthi refused to do the same. I feel that Ive been cheated by Maruthi by giving a defective Car.
