Misguided me

I DR. SATISH KHANDELWAL working as medical officer at CENTRAL JAIL, JAIPUR, purchased WAGON-R RJ14CE 3275 in nov.2007 with 3 year extended warranty from prem motors jaipur.

My car got problem on 5-8, it sterts well but does not runs in gear, I called on prem motors workshop in sudarshanpura indll. area, jaipur.

next day they sent a worker HEMRAJ, after grossly examining my car he said it has a major problem and this will not be covered in warranty and it will cost me 3000--4000 rs.and the car has to be towed to workshop with crane costing 900 rs. extra.

I called a local worker nearby my house and he repaired my car in 10 minutes without changing any spare parts and took only 150 rs.

Now imagine if i misguided by your authorised service centre and their inexperienced and cunning workers of prem motors i may have lost 5000 rs.

it is very shameful on part of MARUTI SERVICES as I my family and all my freinds lost faith in maruti services.

kindly do a strict action on responsible persons who misguided me and inform this earliest to me, so that our faith in maruti services regained.
