Dear Sir/Madam,
I’ m writing this as a complaint for my Maruti Zen Car nr: DL3CR 3999 Which was serviced by MARUTI SERVICE MASTERS, F-39, Okhla Indl Area, Phase II, New Delhi in June.
The total bill was for Rs37, 866.00 vide invoice nr: BR10007938 dated 19.06.2010. However since the time my car has been serviced I have been facing more problems with my car than I was before
The handles of 3 doors came back broken. One door handle was supposed to be changed but now when I open the door, the rubber of the door comes out with it.im not able to open the door.
The front door next to the driver’s seat has got jammed and is not opening at all.
I was also charged for certain denting and painting but the dents are still very much there and roof of the car still has all the marks that it had beofre. No painting work has been carried out.
Unfortunately I had not gone there personally to collect my car after servicing otherwise I would have noticed this at that time only.
It is the first time I got my car serviced from this place but im sorry to say my experience has been terrible.
A local servicing station would have done a better and more genuine job.
I had recd a call from Maruti Service Masters many days back and I told them that I was very unhappy with the servicing and I had many problems with the car. was assured I would receive a call from some senior and the problems would be fixed, but I haven’t heard from them till yet.
I hope you would have someone look into this on an urgent basis. My car is in a mess.
