I have got my car serviced at Vipul Motors Pvt. Ltd.(unit II) on 06/05.

For service I had asked to change viper blade. They said it is out of stock So you get it replaced in couple of weeks.

Today I had sent my friend to replace the new viper blade. They have charged Rs 100 for labour charge. I had spoken to Mr. Harjinder Singh (Vipul Motors) He said Maruti charged 320 rs per hour for labour So we have charged the right amount. If service center doesn't have spares thats their problem Why cutomer pay for their problem.
