MARUTI SUZUKI ALTO LX
Clutch Plate Burning

My Alto is 11/2 year old purchased from Machino Techno Kolkata. No. WB 20H 6353. Today on 15/12 when I went to dealer work shop at Darga Road they told me that clutch plate has burnt out due to driver fault and it will cost me Rs.3500. It is not cvered under the warranty. I do not agree because i drive my own car and have been driving since 1995.But now i find that similar complaints are there and probabely it is a mnufacturing / design defect. I request the company to rectify the defect free of charge. My car has clocke 13500 kms.
