Cheating in spairs

After car accident... i have given my car ALTO-LXI numberd KA-27-M-4278 for repair in MARUTI SUZUKI BELLAD placed in HUBLI&KARNATAKA. On the date 26- december. still now date im not received my car and they are cheating in the spares... charging for spares which have not replaced.
