ALTO STEEL LOGO AT THE REAR END

Dear Sir,

I am proud to say that I have become the family of Maruti Suzuki by opting for MARUTI ALTO LXI with contract no: 101731142 dt 07-08 and vehicle identification no: MA3EAA61S01666936 (dealer code: 1002-10-01). One surprising thing I have noticed is, the shining letters of MARUTI SUZUKI & ALTO LXI at the rear end is missing and its place pale stickers are pasted which spoiled the look. For any product as the days are rolling, improvement will be there whereas in this case it is on negative side. The dealer’s version for not providing the steel letters to BIS IV vehicles is not convincing and there is no logic behind that. I request your good self to see that steel letters are fixed on the rear side of my vehicle to satisfy a small customer. If that is not possible, please let me know so that I can go for some other alternative arrangement.
