Swift Vdi front wind screen noise

Myself Dr. Chandan Kr. Ray from Assam, Tezpur. I had pruchased a Swift-Vdi 0n 20/11 from a dealer named Bimal Auto Agency, Adabari, Guwahati, Assam. On the very first day I am having this front windscreen niose problem. During this 6 month aftersale period i had visited the above mentioned dealer 3-4 times and tried to fix the thing but till now that could not be solved. As my profession and as I am a Govt. of India employee I am not so much free to check out the dealer very frequently. I am writting u asking for a paramanent solution. I had send email to the manager of Maruti India but no response till now. What should I do or should approach consumer court for my grieviences. Advice me plz...
