Hi,

I have purchased alto lxi in 2007 from saya automobile (delear code 0808) Azadpur in hum sath sath scheme under downpayment of 60000, and for rest amount they sention me a loan. Every month they are taking montly installment of loan from me and do not give reciept of it from last 2.5 years. I want to conform that how much I have to pay and when my loan get finish. I dont have proof that I am paying loam EMI to bank, however they are not giving any details. When I asked for my Loan amount there GM of (Saya automobile) MR S.Sharma Using offencive language, He has no manners how to talk with customers, Its represent the Brand Maruti Suzuki. Please look into the matter and tell to whom I should contact.
