Non delivery of Vehicle as per terms of booking

We had booked Maruti Ritz Lxi from Auto Hitech Kolkata on 19th April with a promise of delivery by 16th May. However till date the delivery has not been made. Further they have agreed to provide for Loyalty bonus and Exchange Bonus amounting to Rs. 15, 000/- and fixed the exchange price of my old car for Rs. 90, 000/-. The same is mentioned in their Order Booking form.

But now they are refusing to provide us the benefit of Rs. 15000/- as promised by them and also they are revaluing my old car to Rs. 80, 000/-. Thus they are charging me additionally for Rs. 25, 000/- over and above their committed charges with no fault of mine.

It is clear that they are luring consumers with attractive offers and taking advances and once the consumer is hooked, they refuse to entertain the offers at the time of actual delivery thereby coaxing the consumer to pay more.
