Damaged stone

Hi.

i want to complain about aaa teleshopping company.i ordered for a yellow suphire to aaa teleshopping in july. they dispatched a stone thryu courier which was not the same as it was shown on tv. i complained about the product and they told me to sent back the parcel i again sent them parcel and they sent another parcel after 15 days but this time stone was having crack (it was a danaged stone). which is of no use to me as i can't wear a damaged stone. After that many times i tried to talk to their customer care services but after keeping me on hold they disconnect the line. i addressed the parcel to mr anil kumar srivastva. i want to know is there any law exist to punish these type of fake companies.i just request people not to buy any product from these companies.
