I sanjeev shukla I/C ram pratap palace @haider ali road, kokar, ranchi booked a wagonR above mentioned model with M/S premsons motor udyog pvt. ltd.@502, kanke road ranchi834008.the booking was done on 28/09 vide coustomer ID: I104783347, order/invoice: SOB0002394 through chq.no.200541 of hdfc bank ranchi amount rs.11000/=.till now date 30/10 the above said vheichle is not delivered nor the fund released on request, we purchase a car from hyundai, so please refund my money as soon as possible... when we talk to your dealer for refund, there salesman mr. shekher and mr. nirmal lohia told us that the refund will given you after 15 days. at the time of booking they never told me that type of process, so i logging my complain, please do the needfull...
