Pathetic service on damaged parts in free service

I have bought a maruti suzuki 6 months back and have maintained it quiet well with timely getting car serviced from authorized centers. I got my car serviced third time 3 months back at Jagmohan motors Kundli and at that time I complaint for race paddle not working fine. They didn't have the spare part to replace immediately and placed the order for the part to maruti suzuki authority. They asked me come back after a week. I cam back but part wasn't there to be replaced. I was asked to come again after a week and they will inform me before I would come. They called up to me after one week and have asked me to come and get my part replaced. I went there but part was not there. No body knew why i was called up for it. I was again asked to come after a week. I didn't got any update for one month. I called up and they said your part will arrive next week. i went back and finally part was there but when machenic started replacing it he found that part was for maruti desire not for swift. I was againg asked to come back after a week. Again I didn't got any update for one month. I called up again they said againg desire part has come. I am fed up. Don't know what to do
