LACK OF TRASPARANCY

I booked a Maruti Swift Dezire VDi in ABT, Maruti at Trichy Branch in on 13.01.11. Even though during pre booking discussions, the sales executive was indicating a waiting time of 1.5 months which he promised to improve further, since I am exchanging my old car. But during registration the waiting period was entered as four months (tentatively). During my follow up with the Manager/ABT, Trichy on 25.02.11, he informed that delivery is being made for the bookings done in the month of August. This delivery amounts eight When I enquired with ABT/ Chennai they also informed that Metro Customers are being given delivery within two months. ABT, Trichy has not responded to my request to give equal treatment to non metro customers also. When a sent a complaint to Maruti Suzuki through theIr web sysytem twice, they simply forward it to ABT and do not take any remedial action. The complaint Reference number is CRM:0028000007053. I also informed " Any Time Maruti " twice but there was no response.
