Replacing of parts with old one while sent for Body works

I went to AAA Vehicleade, Kirti Nagar, New Delhi, on 01.04. 2012 as one of the representative of this concern approached to the Staff of Rail Bhawan, New Delhi with an offer to give some special benefit like concession in processing fee. But this concession could be a blow to my car was unexpected. My car registration no is DL 6CL 1451. The car had some minor scratches, and denting, and the car was delivered on 05.04.2012. The amazing thing which one can not imagine is that they have replaced my car battery and clutch plate with old one!!!My car was purchased on 18.03.2010 from Magic auto Karolbagh.

This thing can happen in an authorised Maruti Service Center was beyond my imagination. Before submitting my car to the workshop of AAA Vehicleade, Kirtinagar, there was no sound of clutch, and the battery was okay. Now, my new car requires pushing from out side for starting, and a screeching sound from engine clutch.

I understand now why this happened. It is because the warranty period is over (2 years). I placed my car thrice for servicing at Magic Auto, Motinagar, and they did nothing because it was under warranty period. and as soon as the liability period is over, the concern under Maruti has did this willfully.

Is there no way to get rid of such type of cheating, or to whom can we believe now?
