Bad service

Since the vehicle A star Vxi which had accident on 11-04 and surveyed the same on 15th by the insurance company assesed for repairing it, as on date the vehicle is yet to start to repair. I feel it is a sheer unnecessay on the part of the servicing company. Since the vehicle has been off road still i am paying bank interest. therefore it is unjustice meted out to the costomer.
