Avoid to change the defective parts

Respected sir,

This is to inform you that i buy wagon-R Vxi car from stan autos Private ltd (Address G.T. road, Near sherpur chowk). ludhian. After 4-5 months tyres are srounding so much & when i compliant it to the dealer gave me a letter to change it from apollo tyres (address B/xxx/3788, Hargobindgarh Opp. Moti Nagar, delhi high way, Ludhiana). Sir, i made near about 7-8 visits to the apollo tyres techincal expert (cont person - Mr. GURMEET SINGH cont no. 9988789696) every time when i visited their office they made me some new kind of excuse.

Sir, i have one letter with me in which dealer (works manager -Mr. G.S.Kalsi) is admit that the tyres are defective.

Sir, i have spend 4.20 lacs rs. on buying this car. But, after having problem in it the dealer & the co. people are trying to avoid to change the tyres.

Sir, kindly do me a favour. & presurize the Co. to change the defective tyres.
