Unsatisfactory repairs

I owned a Maruti Eeco 7 seater purchased and Serviced at Maruti Popular Vechicles, Kannur. From the Purchase date itself the rear Sliding Door has Complaint. So many times I told to the service people to clear the locking problem of the door. Still the Complait presist. I am fed up with this service people. Where shall i complaint? Hope Maruti will take up this matter as serious.
