I purchased a car of Maruti Suzuki from its dealer Reliable Industries (Dhanbad) in September. The model of my car is Wagon R VXI (Yellow Eye). The sub-mirror of right side (driver's side) got broken last year. I contacted at Maruti Suzuki's dealer in Dhanbad for purchase and fitting of new mirror whose cost might be below Rs:200/-. But they told me that it does come and you have to purchase with full fitting whose cost is about Rs:4000/- which is too high compared to mere mirror. I will be very thankful if the INDIA CONSUMER COMPLAINTS FORUM take up this matter profoundly and saves me from being harassed. I request the INDIA CONSUMER COMPLAINTS FORUM to make the contact with the company to communicate my problem and resolve as soon as possible.
