Swift car not delivering

Dear sir,

Last year in september I booked swift zdi car from Local Dealer Gulzar Motors. They booked my car with the booking amount of rs 10, 000/- with waiting of 5 months wriiten on booking slip. Which means delivery of car will be in february. Now when I contacted the dealer they said that they will deliver the car in july. But when we talk about early/fast delivery they demanded rs 40000/- as black money.
