Complaint of Booked Car (Dzire VXI)

Hi

I just want to bring this thing to your notice that I booked Dzire VXI

on 29th February. As per my communication with Sachin (sales

person), I was supposed to get car on 23rd or 25th March.

At the time of booking I was told from Sachin that I'll get the car on

the price when I booked it i.e. on 29th February.

In between I have changed my colour from pacific blue to glistening grey.

Now, he is refusing from the statement that I'll get the car on the

same price when I booked it. Instead of it I'll get it at the time of

delievery.

Also he is not sure whether he can deliver me the car on time or not.

At last, I am not getting car on time and not at the price as per

sales person (Sachin) committed.

Unfortunately I have decided to cancel my Car Order.

Please suggest me how should I proceed.
