Defective Car delivered

Maruti Dealer delivered defective car (Power steering not working) to me, and after several reminders they were not changing the car even i went to the dealer the next day.

Then i filled a case in consumwer court (case number 817) and still its been 3yrs but still no decision has ben taken.

Kindly advise what should i do now
