Dear Sir,

I am writing this mail to inform you the bitter experience had with the authorities of Maruti Motors from service centre, Dealer code-4103.Trichy Road, Singanallur, Coimbatore-641005.

I had an accident on 27/03.And the car having the number: BE 6483 was handed over in the above said address on 30/3 for claiming total loss to our advisor named Mr. Krishnan, Ph:9943970035.But till date there was no proper response from the authorised person regarding the insurance. Our financier is charging a penality on the due amount.so i am facing a trouble in financial side. So kindly consider this and do the needful at the earliest.
