I have purchased a Maruti Zen Estillo vxi on june, 30 from RANA Motors Gurgaon, Haryana.

After a few days of purchasing i encountered some noise coming from the brake whenever it was pressed. i told this to the concerned dealer when he took my car for the first service on 31st july. i got my car back but the problem was not resolved. After a lot of complaints there engineer came and the car was again taken to their workshop. This time they kept it for 3 days.. everyday giving me a different answer. Fourth day my car came back but the problem was not fixed.

Today again they have taken my car and i don't know when will i get it back.

I am really sorry to say that my impression in the brand "Maruti-Suzuki" is completely shattered. I bought the car for my convenience and i have been harassed like anything. My simple question is that if you cannot fix the problem please replace the model.

i called your helpline no 91-991020 spoke to somebody Chetan who heard me and at the time of giving me a complaint no the call got disconnected and the guy never bothered to call me back.

i write this to you as a last resort and in anticipation of getting my problem solved.
