Non delivary of swift vdi car since march

I have booked a swift car on 2nd march with M/S Gulzar moter Ludhiana vide receipt no.40005 and was said that delivery will be made in 4 months. But it is now 7 months running, neither the car is delivered or any satisfactory reply is given by company or dealer, I am very much frustrated and it is very bad reputation for a Japanese company.
