Non Delivery of Swift Car Booked

Had Booked a swift car with mondovi motors, Lavelle Road, Bangalore, on 18-08. while booking they informed that within three months the car will be delivered. Now the dealer is postphoning by another 2 months . i Find my friends in AP and Kerala who has booked Swift car after me has got delivery of the car.

on Enquiry it is learnt that the dealers are delivering the cars on payment of extra 30000/.If that is the case, why such things should be done discreetly, and like the share bazaar index and gold rates fluctuations found daily the dealers of Maruti can put up Rates daily and the purchaser as well as dealer would be happy, and no customer like me would think iam fooled.
